Overview

Agent Drone OS is an early-stage commercial drone operations platform under active development.

This notice applies only to the public marketing website and its contact and design-partner inquiry form. It does not describe the practices of future authenticated production software.

Information We Collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we may collect:

• Your name, organization, work email, and role.
• Your primary drone use case.
• Your message and other content you choose to provide.
• Your consent to be contacted.
• Limited request metadata needed to secure the form and prevent abuse. For rate limiting, an IP address may be transformed into a one-way hash and used temporarily; the marketing application does not retain the raw address for that process.

How We Use Information

We may use the information to:

• Respond to inquiries and arrange demonstrations.
• Discuss product research and evaluate potential design-partner relationships.
• Understand commercial drone use cases.
• Improve the public marketing experience.
• Prevent spam, misuse, and abuse.

Service Providers

Limited service providers may process information on our behalf to support website hosting, email delivery, and security or rate limiting. Providers may change as the site develops, and they receive only the information needed to perform these functions.

Data Retention

Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the inquiry. The marketing application does not maintain a separate customer or inquiry database.

Email copies may remain in the configured business inbox until manually deleted according to operational needs. Rate-limiting information is used only for security and abuse prevention and is not used for marketing or profiling.

Your Choices

You may choose not to submit the form. If you have submitted an inquiry, you may ask us to correct or delete it, or ask a privacy-related question.
